South by Southwest is known for bringing large groups of people together in a celebration of Interactive, Film, Music and Comedy. Now a chain restaurant all over Texas including a spot in Colorado, Torchy’s originated in Austin. Go and taste for yourself the tacos that have made them so successful. Their quirky and flavorful combinations will leave you satisfied no matter what.
You cannot get more Texan or local than Franklin’s BBQ. They boast an unpredictable schedule since they open at 11 a.m. and only stay open for as long as they have meat. Regardless the wait will be worth it to check off a legendary restaurant.
