Have you tried any wearable technology? Some of us at Agency Entourage joined the Jawbone UP band team over the winter holidays.
Four months have already passed since we first strapped them on. Have you thought about getting one? Luckily for you I just walked around the office to get everyone’s opinions and ratings just for you (you’re so lucky).

“I have shed several pounds since wearing the UP band. It’s made me more subconscious about being lazy. I’ve found myself taking the long way to places a lot more.
The only thing I’ve found frustrating is accidentally waking up the band while I’m sleeping. “

“I was impressed that it tracks sleep patterns. I didn’t realize how little things I do during the day affect the way I sleep at night.
I use a companion app with mine called My Fitness Pal. I track what I eat through that app and it automatically updates to my UP band. “
