In case you haven’t heard the great news yet, Twitter is rolling out brand spanking new profile header photos! The new header photos that are very similar to Facebook’s Timeline cover photos, bring new life to your Twitter page and provide real estate for expressing you or your brand’s personality.
Follow these quick and easy steps to update your Twitter:
Step 1: Once you’re logged into your Twitter account, choose Settings under the drop down menu in the top right-hand corner.
Step 2: In the menu that loads on the left-hand size, choose Design.
Step 3: Scroll down and click the Change header button. Choose your image and you’re set!
Twitter recommends 1,200 x 600 pixels to give your profile page the perfect look. There’s also an optional slider to adjust how close you want to zoom in on the image to keep from having to do any cropping beforehand.
