Last night our team headed out for the DFW AMA Marketer of the Year Awards where we are proud to announce that we brought home hardware for being named “Best Event Marketing Under $100K”, for a project we worked on with our client Chalkboard China.
The goal of our marketing campaign was to increase brand awareness and buzz for a very fast growing company, Chalkboard China, at The Total Home and Gift Show at Dallas Market Center in January 2011. We were faced with the challenge of competing against over 1,000 different brands for the attention of retail buyers, consumers, and media. The ultimate objectives were to increase the amount of foot traffic into the brand’s showroom, gain media coverage including both print and social, and strategically place the brand in front of the right consumers.
