Hey there!
My name is Rae Martin and I’m one of the summer 2018 creative interns here at Agency Entourage. I’m so excited to be here and I can’t wait to get to work!
About Me
Currently, I attend Auburn University (WAR EAGLE!) in Auburn, Alabama where I’m majoring in Marketing and minoring in Spanish. Going away for college (12 hours to be exact) was one of the hardest, yet, most rewarding decisions I have ever made in my life. Auburn has influenced my life greatly and I can’t even begin to describe how thankful I am for all the opportunities I have been given. Also, SEC football is a great perk!
When I’m not talking about how much I love Auburn or Auburn football, you can find me discussing what I’m currently watching on Netflix or scrolling endlessly through my photography instagram account. One of my many passions is photography/videography. I’d like to blame my mom for this because she also has a passion for photography. So, I guess the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.
My Journey
I knew from a young age I wanted to work in the marketing industry. When I was around the age of 12 I made a fan account for a popular band (yes, I was a big One Direction fan) and it blew up. I gained thousands of followers and I quickly realized the power of the internet. This allowed me to attain my first job as a Social Media Coordinator as a sophomore in high school. Since then I have continued to explore my passion for marketing and social media through my school work.
Fun Facts
One random fact about me is that I danced from the age of 3 all the way up until college. A rare talent of mine is that I can lick my elbow. Also, I’m proud to be a Gemini, even if my friends love to roast me about how much I believe in astrology. I love to binge watch TV shows, such as Say Yes to the Dress and, sadly, The Jersey Shore (mostly the family reunion addition but I will gladly settle for the OG Snooki hair poof days).
This is my first internship and I couldn’t be more excited to get to work. I’m also pumped about working with the other interns and getting to know them better!
