What makes the AE Intern experience great?

An Open Space

Along with our open floor plan, each team member is open for questions at any time. We want you to get the most out of your Dallas digital marketing internship and your overall education. We’re available for interviews, questions about life and work, or helping with the occasional school project.

Working in a City

Our interns are treated to the true real-world experience. You’re responsible for your own lunches and breaks and expected to show up on time every day. To keep up with our daily hours, you must have a flexible school schedule.

A Well-Rounded Experience

We start with boot camp, where you visit each department and get an overview of digital marketing and Dallas agency life. You’ll get a feel for social media, mobile marketing, PPC, web development, web design and SEO marketing. Then, you’ll be assigned 2-3 department heads, based on your experience level and interests, to help during the duration of the internship. From day one, you must be ready to work.

Ownership of Projects

Be ready to dive in head-first. You’ll typically be planning at least one event with your fellow interns. We expect our interns to act like a full member of the Agency Entourage team. We don’t coddle. Only responsible, motivated, competent individuals should apply.

We have fun. We celebrate birthdays, have impromptu foosball matches in the front room and take time to go out and enjoy life.
