While some of its core customers are individuals living in the Lone Star State, Lake Austin Spa Resort was looking to generate awareness of its brand across the country and give people an opportunity to discover this hidden gem in the heart of Texas.
The Solution
Agency Entourage applied several different digital marketing strategies to help Lake Austin Spa Resort gain awareness among its target customers. One main component of the digital marketing initiatives was the brand’s participation in Twitter chats. These hubs are hosted by large icons of the travel industry, such as Travel and Leisure Magazine, and are ideal places for Lake Austin Spa Resort to easily gain access to their target audience through a conversation on travel.
